Its specific flavor and properties are based on the combination of factors affecting these cultivation areas.  These factors are the latitude and altitude, various soil types and changing area topography, botanical origin of the coffee plant species as well as the specific climate, worldwide unique due to the alternating cold and warm streams.   Sunshine, favorable temperatures between 18 and 23 °C, appropriate and evenly distributed rainfall throughout the year, as well as the social and cultural habits, which include the procedures of separated harvesting and fruits processing result in the production of excellent, highest-quality coffee with relatively higher acidity, well-balanced body and pregnant aroma.
